Qualification of Contractors Pre-Qualification of Contractors Public Utility District No. 1 of Pend Oreille County requires all individuals or companies wanting to perform any electrical work and broadband/fiber optic work for the District to be “pre-Qualified” as required in RCW 54.04.085. At least once a year, the District publishes a notice of the existence of its Pre-Qualified Contractors Roster, and solicits the names of contractors for such roster.
Contractors interested in pre-qualifying for work at the District may apply by completing an application. Download and save the Pre-Qualification Application. Send the completed form to information@popud.org
